Figure 1; make an incision around the body well beyond the shoulder and behind the front legs, also make an incision around each of the front legs well below the shoulder joint. Figure 2; cut along the back side of each leg between the leg cut and body cut. Figure 3; peel the skin toward the neck Tubing it up around the head and seperate the neck 3 inches behind the head.
Only use this method if you are unable to tube the neck, because an imperfect Y cut will make for a less desirable finished product. Diagram A; starting at the base of each antler make an incision toward the center almost between the ears, like V, from the center point make a cut down the center of the back all the way to the body cut. Diagram B; make the normal cute on the underside of the body. Now proceed to Figure 3. The Y cut makes it easier to access the neck while skinning, but its not recommended
